The run takes place round the Humber Bridge slip road of approx 2.9 miles
All but the first race is handicapped (ie staggered start)
Registration takes place from 18:15 in the Humber Bridge car park
All races start 19:00 prompt after registration, on the slip road from the Humber Bridge.
Race 1 is a mass start with Races 2-6 staggered handicapped.
The winners on handicap of races 2-6 will receive a voucher for £20 for Humber Runner. There will be a handicap points competition with vouchers for £75, £50 & £25 for the 1st three in the league.
Once again, help with marshalling and recording would be appreciated from anybody not running.
Dry Weather Start and Route
The route starts on the outbound slip road of the Humber Bridge turning left at the roundabout onto the A15. Left at Homefarm roundabout, then down along Ferriby Road turning left up the other side of the Humber Bridge approach road. Right down Boothferry Road, then turning right down Heads Lane, at the cross roads turn right along Ferriby Road again up to Homefarm roundabout turning right onto the A15 at the roundabout turn right back to the start/finish line.
Wet Weather Start and Route
All races start 19:00 prompt after registration, under the road to the Humber Bridge.
The route starts under the bridge on Ferriby Road alowing you to keep dry and warm. Turning immediately left up the east side footpath of the Humber Bridge slip road. Turning right onto Boothferry Road down to Heads Lane, at the cross roads turn right along Ferriby Road, then turn right again for a second lap.
After the second lap, continue down Ferriby Road towards Homefarm, turning right along the A15 to the finish at the Humber Park entrance road lights.
