Speed workout for runners of all abilities. Session changes weekly to incorporate timed laps

Relaxed to moderate pace cross country run with a variety of 5-9-mile routes over 60-90 minutes.
Similar type of routes to those done on the Thursday evening and Sunday morning off road runs.
