Monday - Speed Session
Speed workout for runners of all abilities. Session changes weekly to incorporate timed laps
Location: Warners Gym, Pickering Road

Starting Point: Warners Gym, Pickering Road
Starting at Warners Leisure Center, Pickering Road, Hull, HU4 6TE. Assemble for a 6.30pm start.
We'll be colour-coding the routes: Willerby will be for BLUE week, Hessle will be for RED week, County Road/Chants Ave/Anlaby Road will be for GREEN week (more routes to follow).
These will be pinned to the notice board. The routes will be alternate in order that all runners can familiarise themselves with the route, and the faster runners can jog on... and the slower runners don't get lost and can continue at their own pace without pressure.
There are various groups running so there should always be someone at your pace. No one is left behind.

Run by qualified endurance coach Derek Ricketts with all abilities catered for. Track fees payable on the night.
It's ideal training for the Champagne League Various distance runs from 3.5 to 8.5 miles with a chance to do extra if you want.
Relaxed to moderate pace cross country run with a variety of 5-9-mile routes over 60-90 minutes.
Hill session for all abilities. Each week the hill work will be different and published in advance on Facebook.
Distances of 8-12 miles. Meeting at Beverley Clump, top of the hill out of South Cave.
